What We Do – Simply put, we manage the freight movement of full truckload refrigerated shipments from origin to destination within the continental US. We have multiple channels within our organization to include - Operations, Account Management, Sales, Business Development and Marketing.

Position – Operations Specialist - We have opened up a position that is currently being offered to one very select candidate. This position is highly scalable, and offers opportunity for growth within a 6-12 month timeframe to individuals with limited, but some experience that are looking for training within an industry and a career path. We train you. Additionally, you will have potential for rapid advancement into multiple roles within Operations and Account Management, Business Development and Sales. Once proven, RTI is steadfast in promoting candidates within our Division. We feel personal development, coupled with personal branding is a key to our proven concept and unique program. This position is an entry level opportunity for a motivated individual. One that can develop and grow within a company that continues to grow, year after year. Experience in a high paced, fast office environment is a plus.

Work Description:
• Daily tracking of all shipments
• Phone and email management
• Order entry and console management
• Scheduling of pickup/delivery appointments
• Report generation
• Dispatching of shipments for pickup
• Rejection protocol, redelivery management and accessorial requests
• Overall support to account management and carrier development team
• Afterhours management, 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
