Enterprise Account Manager
Riolo Transportation, Inc. is currently seeking a highly experienced, innovative and creative Enterprise Account Management leader to join our 3PL logistics management team for our national division.
This is an opportunity for a results-oriented candidate that fosters an innate understanding of enterprise account management. In addition, we are seeking a professional that has invested deeply into personal development, emotional intelligence and mastery of your craft in developing long-term client and industry relations. As an Enterprise Account Management team member, you will be responsible for providing, managing and growing accounts that offer our 3PL services that are tailored for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is well studied, knowledgeable and manages themselves well on the phone with a high level of enthusiasm, and is skilled at building rapport with current and prospective clients.

This position is based in our San Diego, CA, however, due to our growth on a national level, we are willing to consider a remote position for the right candidate.

About you:
You’re a highly experienced truckload logistics expert —a self-starter with a proven track record of successfully managing, growing and scaling accounts. In addition, you foster incredible attributes and skill for strong negotiating, relationship creation and network connections . You’ve created your own brand and image within the full truckload 3PL sector and are interested in a role offering the opportunity and scalability to manage and continue to build a diverse client-partnership network. In addition, you care about what you do and how you impact the community. Job responsibilities:
• Strategically build long-term business relationships to enhance market position
• Onboard new business directly with key stakeholders and decision makers
• Innovate improvements in the customer experience to build brand loyalty
• Innovate fresh account management strategies for current and targeted demographics of clientele
• Lead daily operational strategy planning huddles and regular mastermind sessions
• Coordinate, direct and manage all aspects of the account management cycle
• Create presentations/Pitch-decks/Video Content for account scorecards and continuance of networking
• Collaborate across multiple departments and cultivate positive internal relationships
• Identify, target, and secure new business through professional, consultative, proactive account management activities and performances.
• Drive results through strategic business plan activities and relationship management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and manage key internal and external cross-functional relationships, including senior leadership
• Maintain ongoing pipeline strategies of newly targeted lane and RFP opportunities on managed accounts.
• Collaborate with executive, senior management and functional managers as needed for for optimal strategies
• Effectively leverage company resources/tools to maximize business results (marketing materials, speaker programs, regional trade shows).
• Demonstrate a high level of accountability for all administrative tasks (Marketing utilization, performance metrics, market analysis, and weekly huddles)
• Identify, engage, and procure new lanes and opportunities with existing clients (Typically 10%+ quarterly)
• Assist in developing case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, thought leadership articles, and other marketing collateral materials as directed.
• Understand market pricing dynamics and communicate routinely to the business with recommendations.
Requirements:
• 3+ years minimum experience in truckload 3PL management
• Bachelors Degree
• Deep understanding of market analysis, operations, carrier development and customer management
• Track record of achieving performance metric targets and maintaining client relationships with both revenue & GP%
• Proven competence in a highly consultative account management role
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and carrier development scalability strategies
• Proven national or enterprise level account management and relationship development experience.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, analytical, verbal, and written skills

Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 + Profit Share
